Launch Campaign

Objective:

With an overall objective of making healthcare accessible to all, Kena allows users to consult with a doctor or mental health professional from their smartphone. The launch drove App installation and registration, promoting the app through digital, OOH and partnership with Dischem.

Approach:

Using hyperlocation targeting, we implemented diverse awareness campaigns to intercepted those googling symptoms with messaging to try Kena instead. We also ran a multimedia native app campaign spanning search, social and display, using dynamic tech to track and target people most likely to make use of the App.
